Drivers on the Paris ring road now pass GTA 6 every day. It took rope workers about a week to hang it, one strip at a time.

The first strip went up on 6 October, and actu Paris found the work still unfinished on Friday 9 October. By then the artwork already covered a good two thirds of the west tower.

Where is the GTA 6 billboard in Paris?

It hangs on Les Mercuriales, a pair of 114 metre glass towers at Porte de Bagnolet, just east of central Paris.

The panel sits on the west tower, known as Ponant. GTA 6 France notes that it can be seen from the ring road, the A3 motorway and nearby streets in Bagnolet, Seine Saint Denis.

The location explains the choice. The towers were built in the 1970s as the heart of a planned business district, Vice Central writes, and now overlook some of the busiest roads in France.

Is the Mercuriales GTA 6 artwork finished?

Yes, the cover art is done. Rockstar News France, with about 13,900 followers, wrote on 14 October that the fresco was finished and that a new one was being revealed.

On 15 October, ViceCity Media posted video of the completed panel and 0AOXO shared a photo from street level. The bottom of the artwork reads 19 Novembre 2026, the launch date in French.

What is going up on the second side of the tower?

Nobody outside the campaign knows yet. iGrandTheftAuto said on 14 October that extra artwork was starting on the side of the towers and that it was hard to tell what it showed.

GTA 6 Updates, with about 69,600 followers, says two more murals are going up, one of Jason and one of Lucia, citing the account ayckdel. A photo from RockstarEmpire on 15 October shows rope workers beside a tall pink panel on the next face. Treat the Jason and Lucia claim as unconfirmed until the panels are complete.

Did Rockstar Games pay for the Paris billboard?

That is still unconfirmed. We found no post about Paris on Rockstar's X account, and the tower manager did not reply when actu Paris asked about the cost.

Bagnolet town hall did confirm the display is legal. A local order allows advertising tarps on the towers, and such tarps are not held to the 12 square metre limit that applies to most ads in the Est Ensemble area, the mayor's office told actu Paris.

How does Paris fit the wider GTA 6 campaign?

It is the European arm of a real world push that started in the United States. Jeuxvideo.com puts the Paris tower alongside the Miami Heat's Vice City night and the Miami Beach deal.

For the best view of the tower, take metro line 3 to Porte de Bagnolet and cross the bridge over the ring road. The side panels should be finished well before 19 November.
