Yes. Three separate X accounts posted about the same car on 15 October 2026.

GTA VI NEWS holds about 65,000 followers and led with a still of the wrap. NastyJermball, with about 16,000 followers, amplified it. davngta added a second set of photos. That is three independent handles, not one repost chain alone. Who paid for the wrap is still open.

Did Rockstar Games build or pay for the Tesla?

Unknown. Rockstar has not posted about it.

We found no matching claim on the studio's X account for this wrap. That matches other street activations this month, where fans film first and any partner or city notice arrives later. The car is a real Tesla on a real Miami street. Calling it Rockstar made would go past the evidence.
