Quick answer

Is there a real GTA 6 cocktail?

Yes. Miami's ¡SALUD! cocktail month is serving the Vice Beach Margarita, a GTA 6 inspired rum margarita, at bars including The Sylvester, Lovecat and Double Knot. A local nightlife site covered the launch on 22 October. Rockstar Games has not announced it, and the studio is not on the festival's sponsor list.

GTA 6 is still three weeks away. Miami already has a drink named after it.

¡SALUD! Miami, the city's October cocktail month, is pouring a Vice Beach Margarita at participating bars. Vice Beach is the game's name for Miami Beach. Nightlife site World Red Eye covered the launch on 22 October and called it the Vice City Margarita, so you may see both names.

What is in the GTA 6 cocktail?

White rum, in place of tequila. According to iGTA's report of the festival's Instagram post, the rest is orange liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup, with a Tajín rim. Tajín is a Mexican chilli and lime seasoning.

Drift, the lobby bar at 1 Hotel South Beach, puts a price and a rum on it. Its ¡SALUD! menu lists the Vice Beach Margarita at $22, made with Bacardi silver, Cointreau, lime juice, simple syrup and a Tajín rim. The hotel adds a 19% service charge to every check.

Where can you get the Vice Beach Margarita?

These Miami bars have been named as serving it.

Bar	Named by
The Sylvester	World Red Eye
Lovecat	World Red Eye
Double Knot	World Red Eye
The Dead Flamingo, Little Havana	The bar's Instagram
Right Hand	The Miami Guide
The Scapegoat	The Miami Guide
Drift, 1 Hotel South Beach	The hotel's bar menu

The full list sits on the festival's participating bars page. No end date has been given for the drink, but the festival is an October event, so it may go when the month does.

Is it an official Rockstar drink?

Nothing confirms it. The festival's sponsors page lists 21 brands, from Absolut and Campari to Patrón and Red Bull. Rockstar Games and Take Two are not among them.

The Dead Flamingo tags @rockstargames in its post. A tag is not a deal. The studio has posted nothing about the drink on X, and even iGTA, which leans towards a link, says Rockstar has yet to announce any deal of its own.

That puts the margarita alongside Vice City Bean's Leonida coffee and the Burger Shot stand at the Kaseya Center, two more Miami businesses dressed up for GTA 6 without a word from Rockstar.

Find a bar before the month is out and you can drink in Vice Beach weeks before you can drive through it.
