The short version

Vice City Bean, a Miami specialty coffee shop, has listed a limited GTA 6 blend called Leonida on its website for $23 a bag. The shop says the blend celebrates Miami and the release of Rockstar Games' GTA VI, and the bag carries the VI logo. Rockstar has not posted about it on X as of 26 October.

Quick answer

Is there a real GTA 6 coffee?

Yes. Miami coffee shop Vice City Bean is selling Leonida, a limited GTA 6 blend, for $23 a bag on its website. The shop says it celebrates Miami and the release of Rockstar Games' GTA VI, and the bag carries the VI logo. Rockstar Games has not posted about it.

One coffee shop has been called Vice City Bean since 2016. This week it finally got the game to match its name.

The roaster added a new product to its online shop on 25 October called GTA VI Miami "Vice City" Collaboration LEONIDA. The listing calls it "the blend celebrating our city, Miami, and the release of Rockstar Games' GTA VI." It costs $23 for a 10 ounce bag and is marked as a limited release.

Leonida is the fictional state GTA 6 is set in, the game's version of Florida, and Vice City is its Miami.

What is in the Leonida coffee bag?

Two single origin coffees, one from Colombia and one from Ethiopia. The bag lists a washed coffee from Huila in Colombia and a natural coffee from Sidama in Ethiopia, from the Ayla washing station.

Who spotted the GTA 6 coffee first?

Fan accounts found it through the shop's Instagram on Monday 26 October. iShoTz shared the post at 12.08pm UK time and called it a possible GTA collab. gtasix_ followed with the $23 price and photos of the bag.

GTAVICentre then posted a screenshot from the shop's Instagram. It shows the VI logo on the front of the café counter, with the caption "Welcome to Vice City". GTA6Alerts reported the launch too.

Did Rockstar partner with Vice City Bean?

Rockstar Games has not said so. Its X account has posted nothing about coffee since the bag went on sale, and the only GTA post there this weekend was a GTA Online bonus.

Some fan accounts are already calling it a Rockstar deal. None of them link to anything from Rockstar. What we can confirm is narrower. The shop calls the blend a collaboration in its product title, and it is using the VI logo on the bag and in the café. That points to permission, since brands rarely print a publisher's logo without it. But until Rockstar or Take Two says so, the claim belongs to the coffee shop.

It fits a pattern in Miami this month. Skinny Louie says it will turn its Florida restaurants into Burger Shot from early November, and the Kaseya Center already has a Burger Shot stand and a Welcome to Vice City wall. The rest of the city's GTA 6 stunts are in our Miami marketing roundup.

The listing says to enjoy it while it lasts. With launch on 19 November, a bag of Leonida is the closest most of us will get to Leonida itself for another three weeks.
