The festival next door has a Welcome to Vice City party. It is just not at Mana.
The short version
A Vice City sign photographed at Mana Wynwood in Miami looks like festival branding, and nothing links it to Rockstar Games. III Points runs at Mana Wynwood on 16 and 17 October, but its Welcome to Vice City party is at Mad Radio on Biscayne Boulevard. Neither III Points nor Rockstar has claimed the sign.
Quick answer
Is the Vice City sign at Mana Wynwood from Rockstar?
Nothing links the Vice City sign at Mana Wynwood to Rockstar Games. It looks like festival branding, and III Points runs there on 16 and 17 October. But the festival's Welcome to Vice City party is at a different venue, Mad Radio, so the link is a guess. Nobody has claimed the sign.
A Vice City sign is going up in Wynwood, Miami's mural district, five weeks before GTA 6 launches. It looks like part of the GTA 6 campaign. It probably is not.
Who put up the Vice City sign at Mana Wynwood?
Nobody has said, and nothing points to the studio.
iGrandTheftAuto shared a photo credited to Instagram user depotmsa and wrote that it "looks like festival branding. Doesn't seem like Rockstar is involved." VicestarGames, GTAVI_Rodion and MissionWire passed on the same photo. That is four accounts, but one picture.
Is the sign for the III Points festival?
Possibly, though that link is our inference, not anything III Points has said.
III Points 2026 runs on 16 and 17 October at Mana Wynwood, 2217 NW 5th Ave. The festival does have a Welcome to Vice City party. Its satellite listings put it at Mad Radio, 7700 Biscayne Blvd, on Friday 16 October from 9pm to 3am ET, with Kenny Jones, Leo Del Toro and Felix Clarke. That is a different venue from the sign.

Which Vice City sign in Miami comes from Rockstar?
The one on the Kaseya Center, the county owned arena downtown.
That Welcome to Vice City sign came from a deal between Rockstar Games and Miami Dade County, CBS12 reported. Our Miami Beach marketing report tracks the rest of the campaign, and the Wynwood Walls murals a few streets away are the GTA 6 art in Wynwood that the studio actually backed.
Vice City is now a name Miami businesses can borrow. Until III Points or Rockstar claims the Wynwood sign, treat it as a party poster.
